Chef de Partie Required

Main duties: preparation, cooking and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner; food preparation and cooking of other menu service items; cleaning of the kitchen area & other duties as required.
Permanent Position, hours negotiable (30-40/week), rate of pay negotiable depending upon experience, must be a minimum of 18 years old, food hygiene certificate or professional cookery qualification advantageous, previous experience in a similar environment required.

Experienced Waiting Staff Required

Main duties: waiting on tables for food and drinks service; taking orders; processing payments; cleaning of the kitchen area & other duties as required.
Permanent Position, hours negotiable, rate of pay negotiable depending upon experience, must be a minimum of 18 years old, food hygiene certificate advantageous, previous experience in a similar environment required.
